This 10x14 storage shed is located at our Berlin location. The Victorian offers a classic exterior look while still solving your storage problem. The 10' wide Victorians come standard with a 8/12 roof pitch, 8" overhangs, a 5' double door, 2 24x36 single hung windows, and a 3' single entry door. We added black transom windows to both the single door as well as the double doors to increase the amount of natural light, and to add to the overall character of the building. As you enter in through the double doors on the right gable end, we placed a 4x10 storage loft on the opposite side. Now you have an additional 40 square feet of storage space for your seasonal items. As you look up you will notice the black textured metal roof with a 10' shingle over ridge vent. With a 3' diamond kick plate under the single entry door, and a moveable ramp system, this shed is ready to be delivered, or you can order one and choose your size, color scheme, and layout.
As far as longevity is concerned this portable shed has 50 year LP Smart Siding that is infused with a zinc borate. Due to this process the siding will not absorb waters or oils, is termite proof, resists fungal decay, and is backed with a 50 year manufacturers warranty. The black textured metal roof provided by our sister company, Legacy Metals, is backed with a 40 year warranty. The PerformMax floor in this model has a 25 year warranty against pitting and de-laminating.
